Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

The 14-day trial is free and needs no payment details, so nothing is charged if you do not subscribe.

Cancelling

Plans are paid for one month or one year at a time and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you don't pay again, the restaurant moves to the Free plan when the paid period ends. You keep access until then.

Refunds

• Yearly plans (Cafe yearly, Founding cafe): a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first yearly payment.
• Monthly plan: payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal.
• Charged by mistake (for example a double payment): refunded in full.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
